I have the RC 2 installed

Do I need to download a 13.1 version from the web-site, or am I updated already?

Now that’s a very good question for me, because I’m in the same situation.

cat /etc/os-release

NAME=openSUSE
VERSION="13.1 (Bottle)"
VERSION_ID="13.1"
PRETTY_NAME="openSUSE 13.1 (Bottle) (i586)"
ID=opensuse
ANSI_COLOR="0;32"
CPE_NAME="cpe:/o:opensuse:opensuse:13.1"
BUG_REPORT_URL="https://bugs.opensuse.org"
HOME_URL="https://opensuse.org/"
ID_LIKE="suse"

suggests the situation is 13.1

And zypper refresh, update and dup say there is nothing left to be done.

So if you did all that, you’re on 13.1 I guess. By the way, I got the latest release notes in an update…

If you have installed all available updates, then you are on 13.1 already. If you have not been updating, then you might be still on RC2.

Yes, you are set. You now have the final version installed.

This has been asked and answered several times.

run zypper patch, then zypper update, then, assuming you only have the
four official repos enabled, zypper dup

Or equivalent with yast. Or apper.
