I followed the steps Getting Your Wireless to Work but i can still not access my accesses point here is my information. i am i nub sorry can not get ESSID

It appears that you either have a hidden ESSID or it is blank. It that is
not the case, then there may be a bug in ath5k.
Have you tried compat-wireless for your kernel?
