The version of the playonlinux form the link is 4.3.3, nor 4.3.4.
Playonlinux is in the OSS repository I think so you shouldn’t need to follow the link from the site.
You can just do
**zypper in ****PlayOnLinux **
from the command line or install it through Yast or Discover.
Probably your browser doesn’t recognize the .ymp extension which is why it isn’t performing as expected.
My browser recognizes the yum extention, but the link provides only version 4.3.3, nor 4.3.4, which version is in the description of the link.

Yeah, it looks like a mistake, 4.3.3 is in the OSS, but you can find 4.3.4 in the games:tools repo
