I cannot find popupapplet.h

Hello,

I use openSuSE 11.4 and I want to try to make an KDE Plasmoid. I installed KDevelop4 and many other packages that have to do with development but I can’t find <plasma/popupapplet>. Can you help me? Thanks.

<Plasma/PopupApplet> should be in the libkde4-devel package.
Make sure you’ve got that installed.
