I "accidentally" removed factory

The factory repo came preinstalled on both my tumbleweed machines and I am concerned that it may interfere with driver updates as as new kde 6 updates (when those are ready) since it is gone because on my other machine i noticed updates for the network card from factory.
here is a snapshot from my other machine

repo #1 is not a factory repo. Only the name is missleading. As you can easily see at the URL, it is the same as the base OSS repo #6. So you can safely remove repo #1

And no, factory repos don’t come preinstalled on any openSUSE system. Your repo #1 comes from a 1-click installation as can easily be identified by the hex like ending in the repo alias.

Have a read about standard openSUSE repos here:
https://en.opensuse.org/Package_repositories

will i need it in the future?
also is the information that i havein my previous post enough to fix my removal?

Did you read what i wrote?

my apologies (brainfart, homework is going to be the death of me )
