I accidentally broke KDE whilst rpm database was damaged

Well, there are quite a few more corrupted (empty) files:

You’d need to reinstall those packages as well.

sudo zypper in -f libKF5AkonadiCore5 libKF5AkonadiXml5 libKF5AkonadiAgentBase5 libKF5AkonadiWidgets5 libKF5Bookmarks5

Although I have to say those don’t really look critical for running Plasma, there might be more corruption.
Better run “rpm -Va” to verify all files on your system, feel free to post the output for furter help.
(maybe upload to susepaste.org or similar and post a link, as it is likely too big)

PS: Seeing the output of running plasmashell, I would also suggest to reinstall plasma-framework, which contains those missing service types that are complained about.

sudo zypper in -f plasma-framework
