I am looking for a HTML 5 speedtest server to test local links. I must create a server that could test devices that cannot use Flash and it mus use only our internal network.
I have been researching and I found a good example speed of me, HTML5 speed test but I need it to be free to use and change.
If you could help me with this it would be fantastic.

About your problem, I don’t think you can find such speed test engines to be used in local network for free… even Flash ones which are more popular now.
