HP Printer Not Working In openSUSE 13.2Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/hp-setup"

I’m running openSUSE 13.2 in a Toshiba Satellite laptop and I can’t get it to work with my HP Officejet 4630 All-In-One printer. I am able to Ping the printer. When I run ‘hp-setup’ as root I get the following errors:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File “/usr/bin/hp-setup”, line 45, in <module>
from base import device, utils, tui, models, module, services, os_utils
File “/usr/share/hplip/base/device.py”, line 43, in <module>
import status
File “/usr/share/hplip/base/status.py”, line 59, in <module>
import hpmudext
ImportError: /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/hpmudext.so: undefined symbol: hpmud_mdns_lookup

I’ve searched the internet and this forum but am not able to figure this out. All help will be greatly appreciated.

What errors does ‘hp-check’ report? Alternatively, you can use ‘hp-doctor’ to try to detect and correct any problems.

Also, where did you get the hplip package from? The HPLIP website or openSUSE repos?

rpm -qi hplip

after updating openSUSE my problem resolved now my printer works fine
thank you
