HP dv4 wireless kill switch not working

Hi, I have an HP dv4 laptop with a Broadcom BCM4312 wireless card. It originally came with Vista, but has opensuse 11.2 installed on a separate partition. I cannot get my wireless card to work, and I’m pretty sure it’s the kill switch that is the problem. After doing a lot of searching, I could not find any info on how to activate it, and need some help. Thanks in advance.

You need the drivers from Packman repo, have you installed those?

If not, let me see the output of:

zypper lr -d
uname -a

I have not installed those drivers. Where would I find them?
