HP Driver plugin download failed

Hello,

I have installed HPLIP and in order to scan with my all-in-one HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130fn, HPLIP requires a driver plugin to get downloaded.
After choosing in hp-plugin GUI to download it from the official HP site, the process gets stuck.

I tried to run hp-plugin as root with the same results:
