Рад бы помочь, но не знаю за что зацепиться.
Вспомнил тут про питоновский настройщик hda-analyzer, говорят помогает, хотя сам никогда не пробовал.

Спасибо разработчику Takashi Iwai, удалось решить проблему! Не ожидал такой помощи да ещё так оперативно, суся радует всё больше 
Оказалось, что у меня не работал разъём физически, сделали патч к конфигу альсы, который просто выключает проверку того, воткнуты наушники или нет. Правда приходится при втыкании наушников вручную спикер гасить…
