HowTo list what YaST has installed?

I am installing LyX, and see that 1.3GiB of something is being downloaded. I recall when S.u.S.E Linux was distributed on floppy disks. Back in the day, I used the rpm command to find out what was going on with packages. I think there were some log files as well.

What is the best way to see what the LyX installation actually did?

@Ljosalfr YaST should have advised you in a list, but a quick check with zypper show texlive packages (recommends)

zypper in lyx
The following 86 recommended packages were automatically selected:
 perl-HTML-Format perl-PerlIO-utf8_strict perl-Readonly-XS texlive-algorithms
....
1870 new packages to install.

Package download size: 682.9 MiB

Package install size change:
              | 1.34 GiB required by to be installed packages
    1.34 GiB | - 0 B released by to be removed packages

versus

zypper in --no-recommends lyx

The following 2 NEW packages are going to be installed:
  lyx lyx-fonts

2 new packages to install.

Package download size: 17.5 MiB

Package install size change:
              | 74.9 MiB required by to be installed packages
    74.9 MiB | - 0 B released by to be removed packages

That appears to be useful before the installation. I get:

~ # zypper in lyx
Loading repository data...
Reading installed packages...
'lyx' is already installed.
No update candidate for 'lyx-2.3.8-bp156.1.1.x86_64'. The highest available version is already installed.
Resolving package dependencies...
Nothing to do.

After the installation completed, I did find a list of 2936 packages installed. But that was before I closed YaST. Is there a way to go back and review what happened?

YaST Software → Extras → Show History

That reads /var/log/zypp/history. Thank you.
