how to web cam view in kopete?

hi
i have dell inspiron 1520! my web cam is working well in cheese. but in kopete when i ant to show it to sb it says: “i can not find jasper image conversion”

what should i do? how can i install jasper?

If you read the opensuse webcam page:
HCL/Web Cameras - openSUSE
it states: * Search and install package jasper- An Implementation of the JPEG-2000 Standard.*

You can search for jasper on web pin. For example for openSUSE-11.0:
Webpin search for jasper

Of course the “trick” is always trying to pick the correct one to install.

All sounds like a bug to me.
If kopete cannot funtion 100% without jasper which is in the official repo for openSUSE11.0, jasper should be a dependency of kopete.
