How to use Cockpit on Leap 16.0 (GUI for Snapshots)?

A little bit more trustworthy than some random home repo would be the Cockpit devel repo which also provides the cockpit-snapshots module for Leap 16.0
On Tumbleweed the cockpit-snapshots module is already shipped in the standard repo.
