Well, the packages from the LibreOffice homepage should come with instructions how to install them.
I would prefer to use openSUSE’s packages from the repo though:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/LibreOffice:/Factory/openSUSE_13.1
Add that repo, and do a “full repository vendor change update” to that repo ( SDB:Vendor change update - openSUSE Wiki )
Please note, that that link is for openSUSE 13.1 (obviously).
If you use a different version, you would have to change the URL accordingly (but then you probably wouldn’t use LO 4.1.6.2)

i added the repo and tried to follow the further instructions
the mentioned full “vendor update” - is done via the software-installation-application in YAST
So? Did you succeed?
Or do you have problems?
