There may be new kernel builds every day. So, after installing a newer kernel, you might want to disable that repo. And then re-enable when you next want to update your kernel.
I feel dumb. Added the repo as you suggested and have 4.19 installed and running. Thank you for your help. Just need to figure out the Nvida driver now, back to google
Since you are using the latest kernel, the nvidia driver for your kernel will probably need to be the same as the Tumbleweed nvidia driver. Or maybe you should take the kernel (but nothing else) from the Tumbleweed repo, to make sure that it is compatible with the nvidia repo for Tumbleweed.
