How to update / install over ssh

Hello,

i have a ssh connection to a server with opensuse 10.0

i want to update to opensuse 11

How can i make a update or a new installation?

I do installs over the network using SSH but I believe it is recommended
in all cases that you do so after booting with new media. Drop in the
opensuse DVD, when you get to the Grub menu with ‘Installation’ as an
option choose that one and BEFORE you hit [Enter] add the following type
the following:

usessh=1 sshpassword=whateverYouWantItToBe

When it comes up note the IP address on the screen and proceed.
