How to unpack OpenSUSE 11.3 image?

Hello.
I want create a distribution for personal use, based on OpenSUSE. So I extracted ISO file and there is a folder and a big file without extension. With what tool I can extract it?

You need to use either ‘isomaster’ or ‘AcetoneISO’

DO you know about:
Sign in – SUSE Studio

I don’t want use SUSE STUDIO because I think this software don’t allow me to change GNOME preferences, change boot pictures, change logos, Yes or no?

I installed AcetoneISO and his options doesn’t see this extracted file from ISO.

You have to mount the actual .iso
You can then browse it’s files and folders

So I did it and I can’t still enter this file  This file is a core of Linux.

Hi
SUSE Studio sure does, you can make you own complete customized linux
remove all the SUSE branding etc etc. Make you own EULA if you want to.

Hi
Not that I’m aware of Well I guess you could virtualize it). It’s either
