How to Uninstall openSUSE 11.4?

Hello,
I am selling my laptop soon, so I decided to try and factory reset it. I couldn’t, even though I had been able to before, because Windows couldn’t reboot because openSUSE was my GRUB menu (I booted it from CD). How do I uninstall openSUSE and get it back just to loading Windows 7 at start up? I’m a total newbie at this so please explain so I can understand. I’ve read other posts from other forums about this, but none of then were any help to me.
Thanks in Advance…

Sorry for double post, I couldn’t edit my post but…

Try this MBR - Restore Windows 7 Master Boot Record - Windows 7 Forums
You will also need to recover the disk space as well. Right click on ‘My Computer’ and click ‘Manage’ then ‘Drives ?’ you will need to delete the linux partition(s) and resize the drive if you had Windows and linux on the same disk. Back up first
