When you first start the Yast DNS module for the first time it starts a wizard that helps us noobs out. Well about 3/4 the way through my wizard suddenly skipped to the end (user error possible) and I did not get to check out all the options and there was no way to revert back. Now when you start it again it will not run the wizard.
Is there a way to start this wizard over again?? Please let me know the secret handshake needed to start this thing again.

I think it runs at boot if there is a specially named file on “/”. But I
don’t know which, nor have I tried to create it separately. The command
“yast --list” produces the list of available modules. Or you could have
a look at “/usr/share/YaST2/clients/”. It could be
“inst_initialization.ycp”.

ahhh yay, I do not think I will be trying that one. 
It looks like dns_auto.ycp checks for a modification date on some file before it decides to run the wizard. I will have to figure out which one I guess but then what would I do, delete the file. Maybe I will just have to edit the files by hand.
I would be interested to see that wizard again though.

Have you looked at /etc/named.conf ? I assume that YaST changes /etc/named.conf.include, I’ve always directly edited
named.conf so I’m not sure just what YaST does. If you added the bind-doc packages, there is documentation here:
/usr/share/doc/packages/bind. See also /usr/share/bind/createNamedConfInclude.
