All it indicates is zypper doing nothing. There is no indication this package is installed in the currently booted environment.
I rebooted, but apply looks inexistent

@Misekayek0l oh, Leap Micro… it probably doesn’t have those features… I’m running openSUSE MicroOS.
Thus I would have to compile somthing from source?
Installing from obs://build.opensuse.org/devel:microos still does not work
@Misekayek0l The 15.4 versions? Not sure why you would install from a development project… You should be creating a bug report…
It worked running /usr/lib/cni/dhcp daemon & instead of the libexec route
Still am missing the systemd service
