How to set up Duplex printing?

Just done a bare-metal upgrade from openSUSE 10.2 to 11.0 and I can’t figure
out how to configure my HP LaserJet 220 (on USB) for duplex printing which
worked fine in 10.2

The YaST interface for the printer doesn’t seem to offer anything about it.

Any hints?

Ok - It’s a typo - should be Laserjet 2200

Fortunately I’d got a copy of the ppd file from the 10.2 install so I copied
it over the ppd generated by 11.0 and now I have duplex - fewer dead
trees

Surely this configuration option should be available in YaST though - it was
there in 10.2.

The option is there. Use YaST => Hardware => Printer. Then select your
printer and Edit. I’m using the “HP2200 Postscript” driver. You can
then click the “All Options for the Current Driver” button and select
the correct options for your printer.

Are you using YaST for 11.0?

I have /finally/ found it - following your hint I spotted a ‘More Driver
Options’ button on the Printer Options tab which was greyed out (disabled),
which I left alone before.
By unchecking and re-checking the Driver Options checkbox this has suddenly
been enabled and, lo and behold, there are the options I need
Looks like a YaST bug
