Probably that’s a trivial question, but i can’t find a way to set the powersaving. Without doing anything in particular my pc gets hot, the fans go max speed and the energy run off fast.
Here’s an openSUSE refernce that may provide general information…

Are you monitoring with sensors? Is it the graphics card or CPU that’s getting hot? Can you provide additional information here?
While waiting for other answers/advice, these guides about using cpupower may also be worth a read

More info
man cpupower
May you suggest me how to check the sensors? Anyway isn’t on suse the possibility to simply set a powersave mode?
I assume you’re referring to CPU performance/monitoring. Did you read the openSUSE guide I linked to?
Some good information on using cpupower here as well…
