In KDE4 We can set one script(For example: /usr/bin/ddd)in /home/username/.kde/Autostart, to auto-start ddd program when we boot the computer.
Now I want to know how to get the same function in GNOME.

Hi
Either right-click on the item in the slab menu and select add to
startup programs, else via the control center -> system -> sessions to
add manually.
