How to run suse image from HD

Hi

I have downloaded iso image into pen Drive . When I booted it ran from Pen drive. I would like it to install it on hard disk.

Please let me know what to do ?

Also let me know what is the steps to install RAW image on HD

There should be an option to install the live image? Is this one you built? If so you need to add the live install option.
