How to rescue Evolution Contacts?

Hi people, this is my first post!
I installed openSUSE 11.2 Milestone 8 after saving my previous /home (Fedora 11) in a FAT32 partition.
I deleted Fedora, I installed openSUSE, and I copied the .evolution folder from FAT32 to openSUSE home.
Inbox and Sent mail were correctly recognized, but not the account data neither the contact list.
Any idea how to import my buddy list?
Thanks in advance!!

IIRC, Evolution contacts are under ~/.evolution/addressbook/local/system.

If files are there but still not recognized by the program (check the
permissions are O.K), try by using any wizard for importing contacts within
Evolution itself.

Anyway, Evo is one of the fewer e-mail clients out there that can make a
complete e-mail backup for an easy restoration, but it seems no much people
use it that way >.-)

Thanks for your reply
I know about Evo’s backup tool, but I just thought it could be painless as well importing the whole folder.
I solved the problem just importing a previously saved contact list.
