How to reduce adobe flash player's CPU usage?

Hi folks,

when I first realised that on my SuSE system, flash makes my fan go crazy, I wondered, but put up with it. But when reading Flash uses 100% CPU, install it manualy in openSUSE 12.1, I wonder if the problem can’t be fixed … for the sake of a smooth desktop experience and of reasonable energy-saving …

What do you think? Have you got similar experiences with flash under SuSE?

Flash has always been kind of reasonable on my system. I am using 64-bit, with intel t4400, and intel integrated gpu. Watching 720p flash uses about half of one of my cores. I think heat problems are related to fans not working as they should or gpus always on full power and never idling.
