i’m using opensuse 11.1 and removed my panel.
and now i’m unable yo find the way to activate it.
i searched in kde panel application but no luck.

Right-click on the desktop and choose ‘Add Panel’. (You may need to select ‘Unlock Widgets’ first). Then you will need to reinstall any widgets you had installed on it as well.
You can also reset the entire plasma (and thus restoring the original applets you had on creation) by running:
kquitapp plasma && rm ~/.kde4/share/config/plasma && plasma &*

Good info Chrysantine. I’m going to write this one down for future reference
I see a lot of blunt approaches to ‘fixing’ KDE 4 desktop issues by simply deleting or renaming ~/.kde4 directory, but I’m sure that more elegant approaches often exist to assist with restoring wayward themes and widgets etc
I suggested a “Restore Defaults” or “Undo” button during KDE4 (original) development but as usual things like this are “unimportant features when we have to add more bling bling”.
Usability is over-rated or something I guess.
