How-to or tips on building KDE 4 on openSUSE

Is there a sticky/faq/article out there with tips/instructions on how to build KDE 4 on an openSUSE 11.3 environment? I have the articles on the KDE site (Getting Started/Build/KDE4.x - KDE TechBase), but I was wondering if someone has specific pointers on file locations, procedure, etc. with regards to openSUSE 11.3.

For example, the instructions talk about creating/using the “/opt/KDE-4” directory and making use of the /usr/local/Trolltech/Qt-4/ folder. But I’d rather have someone who’s done this before on an openSUSE box comment on the procedure before I start…

Any recommendations?

Have a look around here;
The easiest way is to grab a src rpm for a KDE4 package and see how
it’s built.

A src rpm - now that makes way too much sense!

I think I found the reason why KMail’s HTML emails look terrible when received in MS Outlook, but now I just need to build the darn thing to prove it.

Thanks for your help. I’m guessing getting KDE stuff to build is going to be a long trip, but your method will get me there much faster, I’m sure.
