I have an Atheros AR5005G Wireless Network Adapter. I worked with other version of OpenSuse. I have a dual boot system and it connects ok to my home router. I read he wireless stickies, but when I put in the suggested sbin/lspci, I go file not found. Could I try downloading OpenSuse and just reinstall it? Would this rule out problem being from the magazine cover disk?
Mike
Ah! an Atheros device, try the madwifi drivers found here Index of /suse or try the 1-click install here Webpin if these drivers fail, you could try the drivers from here Index of /repositories/home:/schmolle1980 That should keep you occupied for a while
