How to make work java plugin, flash in 64 bit?

Hi,
I have just installed OpenSuse 11.0 64 bits. But there are some things I do not like.
How can I make work java plugin, flash player and wine without problems in Firefox 64 bits?
If I cannot do that I will have to go back 32 bits.

The nspluginwrapper can be installed from yast? is it for java or flash?
And… with flash player, is there any problem?
