How to integrate OBS with GitHub repository?

Hi All,

I have built rpms/deb packages using OBS projects. To do this, I had used local files -> uploaded them to OBS, which got packaged.

However, I would now like to use Github as a source repository to get the source files from. Essentially, I would like to have a build created (automatically) whenever there is an update on the Github (web SCM instance) repository. So essentially a method/tool/service that integrates Github with OBS.

Could anyone please provide pointers on - if this can be done? How?

Hi,

there are services, which provide such functions like integration with Github.
In tab “source” (OBS) just click on “Add service for source processing” and choice “download_files”.
