How to install Windows 11 fonts(Segoe UI Variable ) on Opensuse?

There’s a list of Font Metric equivalent Open Source fonts here – <Metric-compatible fonts>

For the case of a system-wide font installation, you have to copy the font files to –

/usr/local/share/fonts/

Fonts installed by packages will usually be placed in –

/usr/share/fonts/

@Z-astonish or ~/.fonts or ~/.localshare/fontsas user run fc-cache -v to update/see locations…

To download the font go to the website and click on Segoe UI Variable.
Extract the zip and select all the ttf files. Open with KFonts to install it.
