Ecsos packages it in his home repository: https://software.opensuse.org/package/streamtuner2 , click under Show Unstable Packages.

I think packman has it, at least for openSUSE. For SUSE Linux, I have no
idea.

tried to add this repo in YAST
https://software.opensuse.org/package/streamtuner2
but i get errors over errors. The url is not accepted
what can i do ?

Well, that’s not the URL to add. It is not a repo. That’s a site you
open in a browser to find what repository has a package you are
searching for. Ie, it is a search page.
You go there, find the repository you want, then you add one, if you want…
