How to Install Pidgin on Opensuse 11.2

hi i am using opensuse 11.2 in my laptop.I Heard that using Yast Kopete get replaced by Pidgin,but i dont want to do it so i downloaded the .tar.bz file and how do I install it using Konsole?:wink:

You can have both Kopete and Pidgin installed together without any problems… Either use Yast Package management or zypper to install pidgin…
