How to install pidgin from dvd in kde 4.1?

I added the dvd as repository using yast2.
Now how would i install pidgin from dvd in kde?

Now how would i use zypper command to install pidgin from dvd?
zypper install pidgin ?

Inserting the dvd if i do zypper install pidgin it starts downloading from internet.

Not sure how you would do it from command line with zypper, but if you use Yast Software Management then you can select the versions tab and choose to install from the DVD.
