I just downloaded it and extracted it to /srv/www/htdocs a few minutes ago
on SLES 11 and it is working… should be similar for you. Google for
‘phpmyadmin’ and click on the Download link on the results page and you’ll
get the files you need quickly.

u can install through Yast.
Start Menu-> Computer-> Yast-> enter root password when prompted-> software management.
it ll download some repositories, then ull be given a search page. type phpmyadmin there n click search. a list will appear on right hand side of window. select phpmyadmin then click accept
