How to install desktop theme, command line

What file must I edit?

I unpacked a .zip file, and it gave me two directories. Which file must I edit, and how do I integrate the two dir into the edited file?

Where do I copy Openbox themes to?

Copy them to ~/.themes directory or /usr/share/themes.

Maybe ~/.config/lxde is also relevant?
