Hi,
I have this:
http://www.kluz.tk/yast.jpeg
and I am tired of this. It appears every time I update software via Yast.
I tried to uninstall those programs
I tried to zypper clean
It happened when I upgraded to 13.2. Since then it’s every time.
Can we solve it here?
greetings
I’m guessing that there’s a problem with your repos.
What’s the output from:
# zypper lr -d
(that lists the repos in detail). Please use code tags to post that output.

If you choose to re-enable this repo you should change it to point to
12.3 instead of 11.4.

GazetaCypr:
Output from zypper lr -d
I’m not seeing an obvious problem with that (looking only at the enable repos).
I tried looking for where you would get that “firefox” message, but I can’t see how it happens with those repos. Maybe your firefox is installed from somewhere else.
You could try:
# zypper dup -D
The “-D” is for a dry-run. Nothing will actually be done. But it will report what it thinks needs to be done. Maybe that will give some clue about the problem. Look particularly at the messages about changing vendor.
Thanks
Firefox is from Mozilla repository.
And here is the answer from zypper dup -D

So I don’t see any problem with repositories.
I’ll admit that it is not obvious what the problem is.
Judging by the error messages that you are getting, some of your mozilla software comes from the oss repo and some from the mozilla repo.
Try changing the priority of the mozilla repo to 98. Then repeat the “zypper dup -D”. The hope is that it will give some indication on which packages need to be moved (in this case, from oss to mozilla). As far as I know, it should be fine to get all mozilla software from one or the other, but mix and match doesn’t always work.
Hi
I have discovered that if I move Hugin from Graphics-repo to OpenSuse-repo then there is no problem and no conflict.
The same with Firefox and Thunderbird - if I install them from Mozilla-repo then I have a problem; if I install from official OpenSuse-repo, then there is no problem.
Sometimes Graphics-repo has newer programs.
And I repeat, it happened after distribution upgrade. Before that I had no problems at all.
Why those and not other programs?? I have some other in Graphics too.

That might be worth a bug report. There’s possibly something wrong with how the dependencies are being defined.
There is no huge advantage getting the programs from Mozilla repo. Could be a difference in how the builds are numbered. Also maybe you did not get all related packages from the same repo that can cause these kinds of problems. Mixing repos is a sure way to sow confusion
Mixing repos didn’t create problem. Now I have mixed repos and hugin works. The same was with Firefox and Thunderbird.
What shall I do then?
nrickert suggested it’s worth of bug reporting - where, how?
