How can 1 increase its rating in openSUSE forums ??
You should not bother. It is only a joke. It will do nothing for you in real life.
Maybe when people rate your responses as usefull, they will add to your reputation by clicking the small green rectangle under your Puzzled Penguin logo. But then again, most people do not know that it is there and what it exists for.
You should get your satisfaction in helping here from just that, the fact that you are helping. And then it may be, that someone, sometime will say “Thank you” in a thread. That will give you enormous satisfaction and a good sleep afterwards. 
And when you realy want to know, search around in the Forums Comments/Suggestion and/or Forums Support/Information subforums. I bet that every year at least one member asked the same as you did here.

Assuming you are speaking about your user account, ratings are based on
length of membership time and contribution to the forums.
