How to file a bug?

Sorry, I did not see any better place but this.

I tried to file a bug on bugzilla today. However, the interface seems to have changed recently as I could not see the option to select Opensuse anywhere.

The links on https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Submitting_bug_reports do not work either.

It works here, openSUSE Distribution is automatically added, then just go down and select the Product version?

Seems to have been a temporary problem. I got a redirection error, but now the links for Leap work.
