How to extract .ISO

I wish to extract .ISO, how do i do that in openSUSE 11.2 kde.

I guess yo want to mount it so it can be read??

Create a mount point for the ISO:

mkdir /mnt/iso

Now mount the ISO in the mount point with the following command:

mount myiso.iso /mnt/iso/ -t iso9660 -o ro,loop=/dev/loop0

Where myiso.iso is your ISO file.

And some applications which can be used to extract .iso files, works like virtual cdrom.

I wish to extract the contents of .ISO (SAP3). It wont work after mounting (windows specific). If I can extract the contents, I will be able to access materials that I need. In Debian I used to do that.

acetoneISO will work fine

Also in Packman there was an application called ISOMaster I think…let me check

isomaster is for i586, can I install that on x86_64

AcetoneISO doesnt work from KDE Unstable repo.

Yup, in buntu it was file roller that extracted .iso.
