This works for me. It activates when a user logs in but also when an auto-login is operating: TightVNC on openSUSE. In particular see the section TightVNC Server Running as a Service, which is a workaround, not the real deal.
I don’t undersand how to make it work for me.
When I restart the system I need vnc before a user logged in.
Any other sollutions?
You can have a remote user tunnel in and activate the vnc server using a remote CLI command from the client machine. Search for posts by user oldcpu and the keyword tightvnc. Here’s one such result: VNC usage - openSUSE Forums
