I suggest you learn using SUSE Studio . Create your own install medium, including wine and the update repos. Download the iso, add it as a repo. This avoids downloading GBs of unnecessary packages. Whenever you want to update, just trigger a new build of the project, download the iso.

You can use gftp to copy the wine repository to a local dir
Then point yast to the local repo
