AFAIK, not possible, because oS is not a foundation that can receive money.

I think your only option is non-monetary donations. I have a friend who
translates, for example, to help with localization efforts. Docs can
always use new ideas, improvements, cleanup… of course if you can code
then those technical avenues are open. Answering forum questions…
