How to do full update with YOU or zypper?

For all the times I used openSUSE, always relied on “smart” and never
failed me.
Just out of curiosity, I tried to update with YOU and after with
zypper, but they dont do full update.
There are a bunch of packages in Yast -> Software Management that has
newer verson, but just ‘out of the box’, it doesn’t update them.

I know there is a way better than manually right click on a package and
select “update” package by package.
When I selected package group and selected “all in this list -> update
if newer version available”, it just did nothing.

I reckon I am doing something wrong, Online Update shouldn’t be so
stupid out of the box?

Smart does it correctly.

In software management - blue packages are updates and red are roll
back.

Filter by repo and from the packages tab select update all in this
list/ if newer ver avail or/ unconditionally
should work
