how to disable kde5filepick etc....

I recently noticed on my hp pavillion laptop (tumbleweed/KDE standard install) that the fan gets noisy very quickly, even though I was just reading the news on the internet. I checked what was going on and was surprised that the top command showed the following:

PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
 2230 uli 20 0 458768 96568 81504 R 100.3 0.793 14:39.37 lo_kde5filepick
 2243 uli 20 0 458776 96608 81544 R 100.3 0.793 14:39.23 lo_kde5filepick
 2248 uli 20 0 458764 96276 81216 R 100.3 0.791 14:39.10 lo_kde5filepick

Why are there 3 differend processes of kde5filepick with 100% CPU?
I killed the 3 processes and was surprised that amarok then used nearly 50% CPU - that cannot be right either?

PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
 2129 uli 20 0 1909908 142764 84088 R 48.50 1.172 6:22.57 amarok

Something must be wrong in the set-up here? Any ideas?
Thank you

The file lo_kde5filepick belongs to libreoffice:

locate lo_kde5filepick
/usr/lib64/libreoffice/program/lo_kde5filepicker

And I found that this problem is widespread and there are bug reports from Arch Linux (https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/59839) and Debian (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=906987) but this problem was reported from other distros as well, e.g. Manjaro and Antergos. The strange thing is that I haven’t used libreoffice but I have this problem for 3 days already.

Just for the benefit of those reading this post. Upgrading tumleweed to version 20190108 included an upgrade of libreoffice to version 6.1.4.2-1.1 and there the problem with this file lo_kde5filepick is gone. At least I on my computer I opened several libreoffice files and lo_kde5filepick didn’t appear in the top command any more.
