How to disable connection in Networkmanager

Hi all,

I just tested Networkmanager on OpenSuSE 11.2. I tried with my wired connection and it works.

I thought I test to connect with network sharing with my Android phone. The Android phone connects according to Networkmanager, but I’m not sure if it actually works as the wired connection is still active.

I tried to figure out how to disable the wired connection, but eventually gave up and just pulled the wired network plug.

But surely, there must be a way to disable connections from Networkmanager?

(By the way, the Android phone internet sharing did work :slight_smile:

Right click the Networkmanager icon, Manage Connections, Tick the desired connection, Delete, Apply, Gone.

Thanks, that makes sense.

But unfortunately, no connections are listed when I choose manage connections.

The connections are listed when I left click the Networkmanager icon in the tray, but I can not disable the connections from that list.

Linked (hopefully) are screen shots in Swedish (Aktiv = Active, Trådburen = Wired, Mobilt bredband = Mobile broadband and usb0 is the Android phone)
