How to defend ARP attack

there is ARP attack in my LAN and can’t connect gateway.how to deal with it?

What is an ARP attack?

Best option… find the stinker and shut them down. Watch your switches
to see who is sending out the ARP packets and go to that room and hit
the computer with a hammer. Otherwise you could try hard-coding your
gateway’s ARP address into your system and then just not connect to
anything else on the network and block all ARP traffic. Even at that
I’m not sure how many side effects you’ll have.

Good luck.
