How to create a shortcut as sudo

Hi,

I installed Google Gadgets in my openSuse 11.0 and the program needs to
be open as sudo, otherwise I won’t see all the gadgets.

How can I create a shortcut on the menu where I can open Google Gadget
directly as sudo without having to open a terminal first?

Is it that possible to make it open during the startup without typing a
password?

Thanks in advance for the support.
